Chapter 1.7: The Pursuit of Happyness

Last Time: Celeste dumped Rich for cheating on her and found Seth, an old potential flame.

Celeste was deeply in love with Seth. 

Even after just a short romance Seth and Celeste took the next step and were officially together.

 

 Seth and Greta's relationship was sill blossoming and the two became frequent play mates.

 With Seth around Celeste was able to focus on her art and career again.

That's not the only thing Celeste focused on either.  Her and Seth were frequently in the shower together...

And under the sheets.

It was finally Greta's birthday and all of her family, friends and a random old lady who won't put her down all attended.

Her father even made an appearance with a female 'friend' Sharon.

Celeste and Rich put aside their differences in light of Greta's birthday.

But when it came time to talk about the new man in her life Rich just laughed and called him a joke.

Celeste told him if he was going to disrespect her partner he should leave. And he did, without saying a word to his little girl.

At first Greta just went along with it but this lady would not leave her alone.  Greta know there was something up with her and questioned her sanity.

The old lady finally let Greta go when he Mum was requesting her to blow out her candles.

She blew them out with her important family members involved.

Seth had a few birthday surprises for Greta.

A cooking set.

Greta nearly fainted with gratitude to her father figure.

And a keyboard (although she couldn't play it yet)

All of a sudden the old lady that wouldn't leave Greta alone at the birthday began turning into a creature!

She was grotesque.

Seth noticed what was happening and told her to leave, luckily she agreed and went on her way.

After all of the events of the night, Seth also had a birthday and grew into an adult.

That same night Celeste noticed that she was feeling sick.  She didn't have any alcohol so it couldn't be that.

And then she knew it could be only one thing.

Celeste told Seth the next morning that he was going to be a father, he was thrilled.

He loved playing with her growing belly.

That night Seth set up some candles in the backyard and called out to Celeste through an open window.

She came out and all of a sudden a ring popped up in from of her.

She was speechless after Seth asked her to marry him.

Even the paparazzi captured the moment.

The ring was beautiful.

She said yes and Seth put the ring straight on her finger.

The couple embraced in a warm loving hug and felt like they were right where they needed to be in their lives.
